REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

At assemblage new nuts of fixing bolts, and also new lock rings of internal hinges of power shafts be required.

1. Prop up back wheels of the car. Cock a lay brake, then поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. Remove both lobbies of a wheel.
2. At a corresponding complete set turn out fixing screws and remove protection картера.
3. Merge трансмиссионное oil. Having replaced a sealing washer, screw into place a drain stopper and tighten it with demanded effort.
4. On l models 1.3 remove from a transmission the Hall gauge. On models with the central injection of fuel remove also from the case of a throttle an air cleaner casing.
5. On all models remove a starter.
6. Give накидную a nut with накатом and disconnect приводной a cable from the mechanism of a drive of a speedometer in back part РКПП (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the mechanism of a drive of a speedometer).
7. Release an adjusting nut of a cable of a drive of coupling, as much as possible having weakened last. Disconnect a cable from the lever of deenergizing of coupling and liberate it from a basic arm. Take a cable aside from a transmission. Disconnect a spring and remove it from the top end of a rotary axis of a plug of deenergizing of coupling.
8. Remove a collar established with трансмиссионной of the party of a rod of a choice of transfers for the purpose of providing of access to a fixing cylindrical pin.

The standard collar of a factory complete set at assemblage will replace more correctly more practical screw or worm. Having taken advantage выколоткой and a hammer, beat out a pin and disconnect a rod from an axis of plugs of switching of a transmission. Will throw out an old pin - at assemblage it is subject to replacement without fail.

9. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a bar of the mechanism of switching to a transmission. Disconnect a bar and remove washers.
10. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of fires of a backing (one or two sockets).

11. Give fixing bolts...

... Also remove a plate of the bottom cover of a flywheel from the basis of a dome of coupling.

12. Liberate from differential the internal end of the left power shaft. Without giving a nut of fastening of a shaft on a nave, tie up its wire to suspension bracket elements.
13. Having liberated a shaft, enter a piece metal прутка or pipes in diameter about 26 mm into a nest under landing of a shaft and push it through an aperture of a lateral gear wheel of differential, having left the end acting of картера. If necessary fix a core outside on картере transmissions an adhesive tape.

If not to take care of fixing of one of lateral gear wheels in case of simultaneous dismantle of both power shafts, both gear wheels can fall in a box of differential and it is necessary to make for their extraction РКПП and to deliver it in a car-care centre workshop.

14. Reliably having fixed the left lateral gear wheel of differential, disconnect from a box the right power shaft. Tie up a shaft a wire to suspension bracket elements.
15. Prop up the engine a jack (for loading distribution between a head of a jack and the pallet картера lay wooden брусок). Alternatively power unit can be hung out from above with the help лебедки or beams (preliminary on the engine it is necessary to establish elevating eyes). Поддомкратьте also a transmission (do not forget about брусок).

16. Release nuts and bolts of fastening of a cheek of a back support of the power unit to картеру РКПП and to a car body. Remove a support cheek. Nuts can be thrown out - at assemblage they are subject to replacement without fail.

17. Give a nut of a forward bolt of a fixing plate of the left support, then turn out both bolts and remove a plate. The nut is subject to replacement without fail.

18. Accept on a jack transmission weight, then give the remained nuts and fastening bolts картера РКПП to the engine. Try to remember adjusting position of each of fixture elements, and also in passing fixed by them скоб and arms. Last time make sure that nothing remains connected to a box and does not disturb to its removal.

19. Slightly lower a transmission and start to take away it to the left, removing from directing pins. Having separated a box from the engine, lower a jack and take assemblage from under the car. Remove freely planted directing pins and combine them in a safe place.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Slightly grease contact surfaces выжимного the bearing, a plug of deenergizing of coupling and directing муфты the bearing with high-temperature greasing of type Kluber Microlube GL202, GL261 or GL262, or Mobil lithium 932 or 933. Try not to admit greasing hit on frictional overlays. Surplus of greasing remove. Check up serviceability of functioning of the mechanism of deenergizing of coupling. Slightly grease also шлицы pins of a primary shaft.
2. Track correctness of landing in the nests of directing pins. Lift a transmission in regular position and press it to the engine. Screw fixing bolts/nuts, - do not forget about installation fixed by the same fixture assembly скоб and arms. Slightly tighten fixture.
3. Raise assemblage РКПП, achieving combination of components of the left support.
4. Establish a plate of the left support, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort. Screw a new fixing nut on a forward bolt and tighten it also with demanded effort.
5. Establish into place a cheek of a back support of the power unit, insert bolts and screw new nuts. Take jacks from under a box and the engine. Shake assemblage of the power unit, for definitive it усадки, then tighten nuts of bolts of a back support with demanded effort.
6. The further assemblage is made in an order, the return to a dismantle order. Pay attention to following moments:

a) All fixture tighten with demanded effort;
b) do not forget to replace epiploons of power shafts (the Section Replacement of epiploons see).Первым establish the right shaft, then - left;
c) For fixing of a rod of a choice of transfers to an axis of plugs of switching use a new cylindrical pin. Pin fixing should be made a collar of screw or worm type;
d) Before installation of a bolt of fastening of a bar of the mechanism of switching to a transmission carefully clear its carving, then grease with fresh fixing hermetic of type Loctite 270 or Three bond 1305. With the Same hermetic grease all other bolts;
e) Having connected a cable of a drive of coupling, make its adjustment (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of a drive of coupling);
f) In summary fill in in a transmission necessary quantity трансмиссионного oils of a demanded grade and check up its level.
