Measuring instrument of temperature of a cooling liquid (1)

The measuring instrument functions only at the included ignition, accepting working position with some delay. At a cold cooling liquid of the marksman of the device is in the bottom part of a scale. The normal working range of temperature lies in limits from 70С to 110С. In hot weather, and also at loading increase on the engine the temperature of a cooling liquid can rise up to the top limit of a normal working range of a scale. However, at all it is not necessary to suppose calling of an arrow of a measuring instrument in the site of a display scale painted in red colour. Transition by an arrow of the top admissible value testifies to an engine overheat. The car in this case should be stopped and, without suppressing the engine, to include on a total power a heater and the heater fan, then to check up liquid level in a broad tank of system of cooling and to make sure of serviceability of operation of the fan blowing a radiator. If the fan does not function, or liquid level in a broad tank has fallen below admissible value, the engine should be muffled immediately. If the liquid and the fan is perfectly in order, movement can be continued, but only provided that the arrow of the index has returned to area of admissible values. Otherwise the engine also should be switched off.

At normal level of a cooling liquid the reason of an overheat of the engine refusal of the fan of system of cooling can be. Check up a condition of a corresponding safety lock, in case of need make replacement. Ambient temperature measuring instrument

The digital display of a measuring instrument is built in in the left part of the panel of devices. The range of measurements lies in limits from-45S to +50С. Control lamps of indexes of turns (1)

The blinking of one of control lamps of the indicator confirms inclusion of indexes of corresponding turn. At failure of a lamp of one of indexes frequency of a blinking of the indicator doubles (the statement does not extend on a case of towage of the trailer).

At alarm system inclusion both control lamps of the indicator start to blink.

Control lamp ABS (9)

The lamp lights up for short time (together with the indicator of level of a brake liquid) each time at ignition inclusion. If after some seconds after start of the engine the lamp does not go out, infringement of functioning of system of antiblocking of brakes (ABS) hence takes place. The last concerns also cases of full refusal of a lamp from inclusion, or to its inclusion during movement. Refusal of antiblocking system confirmed with the indicator means that car braking will be carried out without ABS, in a usual mode. The given fact should be considered at management of a vehicle. At the first possibility the car should be driven away on a firm car repair shop of company Skoda for carrying out of diagnostics of system and performance of necessary repair.

Control lamp of pressure of oil (15)

The indicator lights up for short time at inclusion of ignition and should go out after successful start of the engine. Operation of a control lamp can is caused also by fall of turns of the engine below the normal single. In this case for switching-off of the indicator will squeeze out slightly an accelerator pedal enough, or to switch РКПП to lower transfer.

The control lamp of pressure of oil should not be considered as the indicator of level of the last! Told means that engine oil level should be checked regularly and without dependence from indications of the indicator of pressure.

Remember that using lighting and alarm devices should be carried out according to norms ПДД and federal laws.

At opening of any of forward doors of the car the special alarm buzzer will warn the driver about necessity to switch off external lighting devices. The buzzer functions even at the switched off ignition. For switching-off of a buzzer it is enough to slam both lobbies of a door that allows to carry out in case of need a parking of the car with included dimensional fires.

The switch of dimensional fires/illuminations of devices (1)

The switch of a passing light of head headlights (2)

Activation of a passing light of headlights can be carried out only at included dimensional fires. After deenergizing of ignition switching-off of head headlights occurs automatically.
