1. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and an air cleaner (see Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of an air cleaner).
2. Disconnect a cable of an accelerator from a control lever position throttle заслонки (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator).
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

4. Disunite a socket of electroconducting of the module of position throttle заслонки.

5. Disconnect from the throttle case the vacuum hose going from a cover of a head of cylinders, and a hose of a coal adsorber.

6. Turn out four through bolts and remove the case of a throttle from the inlet pipeline. Remove also a lining (at assemblage it is subject to replacement without fail).

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:

a) do not forget to replace a sealing lining;
b) Through bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle should be tightened with demanded effort;
c) Track quality of all шланговых and electric connections;
d) do not forget to adjust a tension of a cable of an accelerator (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator).

1. Dump pressure in the power supply system (see Has undressed Dump of residual pressure in the power supply system).
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and an air cleaner (see Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of an air cleaner).

4. Preliminary having marked, disconnect electroconducting from injection injectors.

5. Liberate a plait from clamps on the top part of a fuel highway and shift it aside.

6. Disconnect hoses of giving and return of fuel from the end of a fuel highway. Try to remember adjusting position of hoses - submitting it is located more close to the throttle case.

7. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a forward part of a regulator of pressure of fuel.

8. Also disconnect a small hose from a cover of a head of cylinders...

And a hose of a coal adsorber from a clamp in a back part of a fuel highway.

9. Turn out two fixing bolts and accurately remove a fuel highway together with injectors of injection from the inlet pipeline. In avoidance проливания fuel try not to incline a highway. Track, that at extraction of injectors from landing nests in a highway sealing rings remained on the regular places.

10. Injectors can be removed from a highway in an individual order by extraction of metal clamps.

11. Remove the top sealing rings of injectors. Check up a condition of rings.

12. In case of need remove a regulator of pressure of fuel (see more low).
13. By means of a universal tester measure electric resistance of each of injectors. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications.

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:

a) do not forget to check up a condition of sealing rings of injectors. Defective rings are subject to replacement;
b) Track reliability of landing of metal clamps of fastening of injectors;
c) Track correctness of connection to a highway of hoses of giving and fuel return;
d) Track quality of all шланговых and electric connections;
e) Before to start car operation check up the power supply system on presence of leaks.

1. Dump pressure in the power supply system (see Has undressed Dump of residual pressure in the power supply system).
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and an air cleaner (see Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of an air cleaner).

4. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a forward part of a regulator of pressure.

5. For gathering of spilt fuel enclose under the block of a regulator rags.

6. Turn out a bolt located under the vacuum union of a regulator.

7. Throw off a washer and remove a fixing plate from a forward part of a regulator.

8. Remove a regulator from the regular place on a fuel highway. Track, that sealing linings have been removed together with a regulator.

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:

a) the Worn out sealing rings are subject to replacement without fail;
b) Track correctness of gearing of the top part of a fixing plate. Tighten a bolt with demanded effort;
c) Track durability of connection of a vacuum hose.

1. The gauge is established in a back part of the inlet pipeline.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and the inlet pipeline (see Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of an air cleaner).

4. Disconnect from the gauge electroconducting.

5. Turn out two fixing screws and take the gauge from the nest in the pipeline. Do not forget to remove a lining.

Installation is made upside-down. The damaged lining is subject to replacement. Track reliability of a tightening of fixture.
