The scheme of functioning of system of heating/ventilation of salon
The heating and ventilation system provides air exchange, and also heating of air in car salon. Besides a standard set of giving of air in a forward part of salon, back air lines are provided also, target диффузоры which are located in back doors. Into structure of the equipment of system enter: an air inlet, the heat exchanger of a heater with the fan, air lines of distribution of air streams and the days off closed by decorative lattices deflectors.
The air line on which air arrives in salon from the outside, is located at once behind cowl edge, is direct under the windscreen basis.
The assemblage of the heat exchanger of a heater equipped with the fan is placed in a plastic casing consisting of two half, in front and behind closed by covers.
In the bottom of a casing of the heat exchanger it is provided drainage apertures for tap of the rain water arriving in assemblage together with external air, or in the course of a car sink. The air line is brought to the bottom part of a casing.
The scheme of functioning of system of heating/ventilation of salon is presented on an illustration.
On considered models of cars heaters of manufacture of company KSA are used. The heat exchanger is executed from aluminium, lateral chambers - from plastic. Sideways two branch pipes which the rubber hoses fixed by collars are put on are deduced from a heater. The hose bringing to the heat exchanger a liquid of cooling of the engine, is connected to a branch pipe on the inlet pipeline which also is warmed up by a liquid. By-pass the hose is connected to a branch pipe of the water pump
In underwater the branch pipe is built in the gate allowing mechanically to regulate the expense of a liquid passing through the heat exchanger, in appropriate way changing intensity of heating of air submitted to salon.
Placing of the electromotor of the fan of a heater in a stream of cold air provides its uninterrupted functioning for a long time in view of highly effective tap of surpluses of heat.
It is necessary to remember that the fan can function only at the included ignition (a key in position “I”). Inclusion of the fan and a choice of its high-speed mode is made by the rotary handle located on the control panel. The control panel is built in by functioning of systems of heating/ventilation in the bottom part of the central section of the panel of devices of the car.
Management of position of the adjusting gate, and also located in a casing of a heater airdistributing заслонок is carried out also by means of the rotary handles located on the control panel.
In a heater casing on a special socket management rheostats by high-speed modes of the fan of the heater, providing step change of turns крыльчатки are established. Cooling of rheostats is made for the account blowing by their air stream. Near to rheostats the bimetallic safety lock which is disconnecting the electromotor of a drive of the fan at its overheat or short circuit in a feed circuit is established.
In case of need, giving in salon of external air can be completely blocked by inclusion of a mode of the closed air circulation. Such possibility allows to avoid hit in salon of badly smelling or strongly dusty air, however a mode should be used only quickly, owing to that air closed in small volume quickly stands.
