3. Having propped up reception section, in stages give four nuts of its fastening to a final collector. Lower section and take it from under the car.

At assemblage the ring should be established by the flat party forward. Accurately lower the converter block on the earth (see Has undressed the Katalitichesky converter - the general information and safety measures) and take it from under the car.

1. Prop up the forward muffler or assemblage of reception section by wooden blocks. On petrol models 1.6 of l remove a l-probe (see Has undressed Removal and l-probe installation).

2. Give a nut of a coupling bolt of a collar of fastening of a reception pipe to the central section of system of release. On l models 1.6 remove a washer and the remote plug.

3. Give fixing nuts and separate reception section from a final collector. Remove a sealing lining. Separate a reception pipe from the central section of system (see Has undressed the Katalitichesky converter - the general information and safety measures). Also take it from under the car.

1. Prop up каталитический the converter, then release a coupling bolt of a fixing collar or bolts фланцевого connections and separate a forward part of the central section from каталитического the converter. On l models 1.3 remove a sealing lining.
2. Loosen the a coupling bolt of a collar of fastening of a back part of the central section to an exhaust pipe. Remove loops подвесов from arms of support and take the central section of system from under the car. Rubber loops подвесов fasten in arms by means of two big clamps which preliminary should be removed.

Installation is made upside-down. The special attention should be turned for following moments:

a) Before joining of sections of system carefully clear interfaced surfaces of corrosion traces. Coupling bolts and nuts хомутных connections will correctly replace;
b) do not forget to check up a condition of rubber loops basic подвесов system sections. Defective loops are subject to replacement;
c) хомутных connections it is necessary to grease Interfaced surfaces special герметизирующей with paste;
d) Before a definitive tightening of fixture make sure of correctness of landing of rubber loops подвесов. Remember that the system should not adjoin to components of a suspension bracket and a car body;
e) the Tightening of fixture with demanded effort make in regular intervals in stages.
