Removal and installation of atomizers

At service of atomizers it is necessary to observe special safety measures. Remember that pressure of operation of atomizers very highly and hit of a stream from a nozzle on open sites of a body can lead to reception of serious traumas. The general information

Atomizers in the course of engine functioning are subject to deterioration that is why their condition should be checked not less often than each 100 000 km (60 000 miles) car run. Exact diagnostics of a condition of atomizers, their major repairs and calibration should be left to experts. The order of procedure of revealing of defective atomizers (leaders to occurrence of a detonation or excessive smoke blanketing) is more low described.

Start the engine and arrange its working on turns of fast idling. Serially ослабьте штуцерные connections of each of atomizers, preliminary having imposed with their rags for gathering of passed fuel. At easing of the union of a defective atomizer the taking place detonation or excessive smoke blanketing will stop.

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

At all it is not necessary to suppose hit in dirt atomizers. Do not drop the removed atomizers, do not try to clean them by means of a needle.

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Cover the generator with pure rags for protection against hit on it spilt дизтоплива.
3. Carefully wipe surfaces round atomizers and their nuts штуцерных connections. Disconnect from atomizers returnable tubes.
4. Wipe surfaces around штуцерных connections of submitting tubes and disconnect the last from atomizers and back part ТНВД (tubes act in film uniform assemblage). Giving a connection nut, keep second half of socket on the pump from проворачивания the second wrench. Remove assemblage of tubes from the engine. 5. By means of a deep face head on 27 mm turn out each of atomizers of a head of cylinders and remove them from the engine.

6. Remove and will throw out thermoprotective washers - at assemblage they are subject to replacement without fail.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish on a head of cylinders new thermoprotective washers of atomizers. Remember that washers should be established by the concave party downwards (to a head).

2. Screw atomizers in the landing nests in a head and tighten them with demanded effort.

3. Connect fuel tubes, having tightened nuts штуцерных connections with demanded effort. Establish on tubes all necessary clips and clamps.
4. Connect to each of atomizers returnable tubes. Connect the battery and check up serviceability of functioning of the engine.
