1. Result the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ (see Has undressed Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ)).
2. Turn out a stopper on ТНВД and insert into an aperture an adapter and циферблатный a measuring instrument плунжерного type. Turn a cranked shaft on 90 in a direction opposite to the normal. Null a measuring instrument.

3. Turn a cranked shaft in a normal direction before coincidence of labels ВМТ. The measuring instrument should fix value Х + 0.15 mm. The size Х is designated on the lever of giving of fuel ТНВД.

4. If the result of measurement differs from stipulated, ослабьте bolts of fastening of a flange of the pump and develop last in a corresponding direction, achieving demanded value.
5. Repeat check.
6. Upon termination of works turn out a transitive nozzle and establish into place a stopper with a new washer. |
