2. Having measured size of a longitudinal course of a shaft, estimate its axial люфт. 3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a flange of an intermediate shaft.

4. Remove a sealing ring and take an epiploon.

5. Take an intermediate shaft from the block of cylinders and check up a condition приводной gear wheels at its end face. In case of revealing of defects or signs of excessive deterioration of teeths it is necessary to replace a shaft.
6. If leaks through a shaft epiploon took place, check up a condition of a surface of a pin of a shaft.

1. Grease necks and приводную a gear wheel with oil, then accurately fill a shaft in the block of cylinders.
2. Запрессуйте a new epiploon in a nest of a flange of a shaft. In a flute from the interior of a flange enclose a new sealing ring.
3. Grease internal sponges of an epiploon with pure impellent oil of m plant a flange on a shaft pin. Make sure of correctness of landing of a sealing ring, then screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort. Check up freedom of rotation of an intermediate shaft.
4. Establish into place a cogwheel of an intermediate shaft and tighten a bolt of its fastening with demanded effort.
