1. Pushers of valves on the considered engine are equipped by hydraulic jacks that allows to refuse necessity of regular adjustment клапанных backlashes.
2. In case of increase of level of the noise published клапанным by the mechanism, it is necessary to check up serviceability of functioning of hydraulic pushers.
3. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature. On pair minutes lift turns of the engine to 2500 in a minute (turns of fast idling), then muffle the engine. Uncover heads of cylinders (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders).
4. Turning the engine for a bolt of a cranked shaft, expose a cam of the first cylinder of a camshaft a working ledge upwards.
5. With the help probeа лезвийного measure backlash size between a heel of a cam and an end face of assemblage of a hydraulic pusher. If the result of measurement exceeds 0.1 mm, it is necessary to replace a pusher.

6. At a backlash normal amount (less than 0.1 mm) rest against the top end face of a pusher and wring out it down to an emphasis against the stop in a valve core. Отжимание a pusher it is necessary to make only by means of the tool made of a soft material (a tree, plastic).

7. If the size of a course of a pusher against the stop in a valve core exceeds 0.1 mm, assemblage is faulty and is subject to replacement.

After installation of hydraulic pushers wait not less than 30 minutes before to start the engine (is recommended to transfer start for morning of next day), otherwise it will be impossible to exclude completely risk of collision of pistons with valves!
