The general information
The flywheel fastens to a flange of a cranked shaft six bolts М10х1. Asymmetrical placing болтовых apertures excludes possibility of wrong installation of assemblage for the purpose of balancing preservation. At installation bolts of fastening of a flywheel are subject to replacement without fail. Before вворачиванием the carving part of new bolts is greased with fixing hermetic of type Loctite 547 or Loctite 270. Before installation of its new gear wreath it is necessary to warm up in the electric furnace to temperature 400С. The flywheel is calculated on installation of assemblage of coupling in diameter of 200 mm. On a flywheel label ВМТ of the piston of the first cylinder which at performance of corresponding repair work should be combined with the reciprocal index on a coupling dome is provided.
