Without applying some any solvents, carefully wipe assemblage натяжителя. Turning manually estimate freedom of rotation of a roller натяжителя. Pay attention to presence of jerks and jamming points. Worn out натяжитель to restoration is not subject and should be replaced.

1. Put on a roller a hairpin, then acquire a fixing nut.
2. Establish газораспределительный a belt and adjust effort of its tension (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers).

3. For the purpose of check испрвности functioning натяжителя press a finger on a belt on a site in the middle between cogwheels of a camshaft and ТНВД - combination of adjusting labels of a roller will thus be broken. After отпускания a label belt should return to a starting position, having combined with each other.

4. At revealing of signs of jamming replace натяжитель.
5. Establish to the place of a cover газораспределительного a belt, pulleys auxiliary drive a belt, a support of the engine and all other components removed for the purpose of providing of access. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

1. Result the engine in position ВМТ (see Has undressed Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression), then remove covers газораспределительного a belt (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers). Having released the central nut натяжителя, ослабьте a belt also remove it from a camshaft cogwheel.

2. With the help вильчатого блокиратора fix a cogwheel of a camshaft from проворачивания, having prepared to отдаванию a bolt of its fastening.

3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a cogwheel.

In view of potential danger of damage of internal components of a head in case of casual проворачивания a camshaft at removed газораспределительном a belt, accept corresponding safety measures. Composers of the present Management recommend to take away a cranked shaft on some degrees back from position ВМТ. Do not forget to return a shaft in former position before belt installation.

4. Remove a cogwheel from a camshaft pin.
5. Check up a condition of an epiploon of a camshaft. In case of revealing of signs of leaks make replacement (the Section Replacement of an epiploon of a camshaft see).
6. Carefully wipe interfaced surfaces of a cogwheel and a shaft pin.

1. Establish a cogwheel on a shaft pin, having taken care of combination of a landing ledge with шпоночным a groove.
2. Make sure that the cranked shaft is exposed in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression of the first cylinder (see Has undressed Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression), then establish газораспределительный a belt and adjust effort of its tension (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers).
3. Establish into place all details removed for the purpose of providing of access, adjust effort of a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units and connect a negative wire to the battery.

2. Ask the assistant to jam a gear wreath of a flywheel through an aperture under starter installation, having blocked thereby a cranked shaft from проворачивания. 3. Turn out a bolt and remove a cogwheel.
4. Check up a condition of an epiploon of a cranked shaft. In case of revealing of leaks make replacement (the Section Replacement of epiploons of a cranked shaft see).
5. Carefully wipe interfaced surfaces of a cogwheel and a shaft pin.

2. Make sure that the cranked shaft is in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression of the piston of the first cylinder (see Has undressed Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression), then establish a belt of drive ГРМ and adjust effort of its tension (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers).
3. Establish the removed details upside-down.

1. Result the engine in position ВМТ (see Has undressed the Description of the basic knots and mechanisms), then remove covers газораспределительного a belt (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers). Having released the central nut натяжителя, ослабьте a belt also remove it from a camshaft cogwheel.
2. With the help вильчатого блокиратора block a cogwheel of an intermediate shaft.

3. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove a cogwheel. At a corresponding complete set take шпонку.

4. Check up a condition of an epiploon of a shaft, in case of need make its replacement (the Section Replacement of an epiploon of an intermediate shaft see).
5. Carefully wipe interfaced surfaces of a cogwheel and a shaft pin.

1. At a corresponding complete set establish into place шпонку (the flat party upwards). Put on a cogwheel a shaft pin, having tracked combination of a reciprocal groove with шпонкой.
2. Block a cogwheel from проворачивания and tighten with demanded effort a fixing bolt.
3. Make sure that the cranked shaft is in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression of the piston of the first cylinder (see Has undressed Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression), then establish a belt of drive ГРМ and adjust effort of its tension (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers).
4. Establish into place all components acting in film for the purpose of providing of access. Adjust effort of a tension auxiliary drive a belt and connect a negative wire to the battery.
