Greasing system - the general information

In the considered engine the combined system of greasing with полнопоточным the oil filter is used. The full volume of filled in oil makes 4.5 l.

Necessary working pressure of oil is created шестеренчатым by the oil pump. The width of gear wheels makes 36 mm. Маслозаборник incorporates to the pump through a sealing lining. The working size of pressure of oil in system makes 0.57 0.67 мПа. At excess of admissible value there is an opening редукционного the pump valve.

The gauge-switch of a control lamp is fixed on an arm of the oil filter.

Oil cooling is made in the heat exchanger connected to system of cooling of the engine.

The oil pump and assemblage маслозаборника are located in the pallet картера the engine. The pump drive is carried out from the intermediate shaft rotating with frequency, an equal half of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft.

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the pallet картера the engine (see Has undressed the Pallet - removal, check and installation).
2. Turn out bolts of fastening of the pump to the basis of the block of cylinders.
3. Lower assemblage of the pump with маслозаборником, having separated it from the block. At a corresponding complete set remove a plate маслоотражателя.

CHECK

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give screws of fastening of a flange of interface and lift the receiver маслозаборника. Remove a sealing ring. Turn out fixing screws and uncover the pump.
2. Carefully clean the pump and check up a condition of teeths of its gear wheels.

3. For a size estimation люфта gearings повращайте gear wheels every which way. Make measurement and compare its results to requirements of Specifications.

4. By means of a steel ruler and probeа лезвийного type define axial люфт landings of gear wheels. Compare result to requirements of Specifications.

5. In case of an exit of results of measurements for limits of admissible values the pump is subject to replacement.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a pump cover, screw and tighten with demanded effort fixing screws.
2. Establish on the pump assemblage маслозаборника (do not forget to replace a sealing ring). Tighten fixing screws with demanded effort.
3. Establish the pump on the block of cylinders, screw and tighten with demanded effort fixing bolts.
4. Establish into place the pallet картера.
