1. For check of serviceability of functioning of the vacuum amplifier of brakes some times squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake for depression dump, then, keeping a pedal pressed, start the engine. Almost right after engine start as soon as in the inlet pipeline necessary depression will be created, the pedal should "fail" considerably. Allow to the engine to work on single turns at least within two minutes, then muffle it. Now with each following pressing the pedal should move all туже and туже with simultaneous reduction of a course.
2. If the vacuum amplifier does not provide the mode of functioning described above, first of all it is necessary to check up a condition of its control valve (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of the control valve of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from a hose).
3. If the control valve is perfectly in order, internal defect of the servo-driver hence takes place. Regenerative repair of the failed vacuum amplifier is not obviously possible, that is why the faulty block is subject to replacement.

1. Remove ГТЦ (see Has undressed Removal, major repairs and installation of the main brake cylinder (ГТЦ)). On models with ABS take the hydraulic modulator aside from the block of the servo-driver and fix it there, trying not to subject to overloads of a tube of brake lines.
2. Accurately liberate a vacuum hose from the sealing plug of the servo-driver through passage. Check up a plug condition, defective replace.
3. On models with a right-hand steering, working in a passenger foot well, take a clamp and remove a finishing cover from the left arm of pedal assemblage.

For отпускания a clamp take outside its central part. Now release clamps of a carpet covering and unbend edge of the last, having provided access to the bottom nuts of fastening of an arm of pedals. Give nuts of fastening of the left arm. In an impellent compartment remove from a partition a fixing plate.

4. On all models remove a clamp and liberate from a pedal of a foot brake/axis of a pedal of a tip of fastening of a rod of a pusher of the servo-driver of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

5. Give nuts of fastening of the block of the servo-driver, remove washers, then liberate a rubber protective cover with пенопластовой a cover (if that is provided) from a back part of the block. At nut assemblage are subject to replacement without fail.

6. Return to an impellent compartment and remove the block of the servo-driver of the vacuum amplifier of brakes about the places on a partition. Together with the block remove a lining. Check up a lining condition, in case of revealing of defects make replacement. The failed amplifier is not subject to regenerative repair and also should be replaced.

2. Carefully smooth out all interfaced surfaces, then establish on a back part of the block of the servo-driver a new sealing lining. Get the block on the regular place on a partition of an impellent compartment.
3. From car salon establish on a back part of the block пенопластовую a sealing cover, or a protective cover, then in the correct image connect a pusher rod to a brake pedal/axis of a pedal.
4. Establish washers, screw new nuts of fastening of the block and tighten them with demanded effort.
5. Level a rod tip in relation to a pedal and fix its clamp.
6. On models with a right-hand steering ask the assistant to take the bottom fixing plate and screw nuts of fastening of an arm of pedal assemblage, strongly having tightened them. Straighten a carpet covering and fix its edge clamps.
7. In an impellent compartment check up reliability of landing in the block of the sealing plug through passage, then pass in it a vacuum hose.
8. Establish to the place of ГТЦ (see Has undressed Removal, major repairs and installation of the main brake cylinder (ГТЦ)).
9. In summary check up serviceability of functioning of brake system.
