Greasing system - the general information

Greasing system - combined, with полнопоточным the oil filter. The oil total makes 3.5 l. The scheme of placing of the basic components of system of greasing is presented on an accompanying illustration.

The jellied mouth in a cover of a head of cylinders is closed by the stopper equipped with a sealing ring. The pallet картера is cast from an aluminium alloy and incorporates to the block of cylinders through a sealing lining. Pallet fastening to the block is carried out by means of twenty bolts. The drain stopper is processed in a kind шестигранника on a turn-key basis on 19 mm.

The gauge-switch of pressure of oil is established in a block head. The control lamp of pressure of oil on an instrument guard is disconnected on reaching pressure of value 0.035 МПа. At pressure check in system it should not be more low 0.2 МПа at frequency of rotation of the engine of 2000 rpm and oil temperature +80С.

Шестеренчатый the oil pump is established in a forward part of the engine in its pallet картера. To the pump case fastens маслозаборник with the mesh filter. In the pump case it is built in редукционный the valve working at pressure 0.4 0.5 МПа. In default the oil pump is replaced in gathering.

Replacement not folding полнопоточного the oil filter is made simultaneously with change of impellent oil.

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the pallet картера (see Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера the engine).
2. Remove a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft with a casing (the Section Replacement of epiploons of a cranked shaft see).
3. Turn out bolts of fastening of the pump to the block of cylinders.
4. Turn out fastening bolts маслозаборной tubes to an arm of the block of cylinders.
5. Throw off приводную from a pump asterisk, then remove the pump in gathering with маслозаборником from the engine.

CHECK

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out screws and a connecting flange and remove маслозаборную a tube and a pump cover. At a corresponding complete set remove a sealing ring.
2. Carefully clean the pump and check up a condition of teeths of its gear wheels.
3. Estimate deterioration degree приводной chains. At considerable люфте links and a weak point of landing of rollers replace a chain.

4. With the help probeа лезвийного type check up size люфта gearings of gear wheels of the pump.

5. Check up axial люфт gear wheels - take advantage of a planeness measuring instrument (an edge steel) rulers and probeом лезвийного type.

6. Compare results of checks to requirements of Specifications. The worn out pump is subject to replacement.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish on the pump маслозаборную a tube (do not forget to replace a sealing ring). Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort.
2. Throw with a chain on приводную an asterisk of the pump and get it on an asterisk of a cranked shaft.
3. Screw bolts of fastening of the pump to the block of the engine and tighten them, while only by hand.

4. Fit a chain pump moving in болтовых apertures. Check up correctness of effort of a tension on size of a deflection of a chain at pressing on it a finger on a site in the middle between asterisks. Having adjusted a chain tightness, definitively tighten bolts of fastening of the pump.

5. Fix маслозаборную a tube in an arm картера the engine.
6. Establish into place a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft with a casing (an epiploon and a casing lining replace) - the Section Replacement of epiploons of a cranked shaft see.
7. Establish the pallet картера (see Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера the engine).
