7. Wind with an adhesive tape a surface of a pin of a cranked shaft condensed with an epiploon.

8. Grease with pure impellent oil of a sponge of a new epiploon, and press last in an entrance aperture in a casing.

9. The new epiploon should be planted in a casing on the same depth, as the old removed from the engine. Begin to knock an epiploon in a casing by means of a hammer and оправки in which quality the face head approaching on the size or a piece of a pipe of the corresponding diameter can be used. Оправка should rest only against firm external edge of an epiploon. Alternatively, impose an old epiploon from above on the new.

Then establish a cogwheel and start to tighten gradually its bolt. Continue to tighten a bolt until the new epiploon definitively will not sit down in a casing.

10. Establish into place a cogwheel and a belt of drive ГРМ (Sections Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression, Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers see, Removal, check of a condition and installation of cogwheels and натяжителя a belt of drive ГРМ). Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a casing and the block, having removed with all of them traces of a material of an old lining and hermetic traces (necessarily take advantage of a scraper or a penknife). Try not to damage interfaced surfaces.
5. Remove the sealing plug established between a casing of an epiploon and the block. The defective plug replace, before installation slightly having greased new with liquid lubricating oil.
6. Having hooked a strong screw-driver, take from a casing an old epiploon.
7. Carefully wipe a casing and check up it on presence of cracks and signs of deformations. Lay a casing an interfaced surface downwards on a working surface of a workbench. Using in quality оправки wooden брусок, it is perpendicular запрессуйте a new epiploon hammer blows in the landing nest.
8. Grease an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders with universal hermetic and lay on it a new sealing lining.
9. Wind a neck of a cranked shaft with an adhesive tape.
10. Grease internal sponges of an epiploon with pure impellent oil and accurately put on assemblage a shaft pin. Vrashchatelno-progress advance an epiploon along a pin, densely having pressed a casing to a surface of the block of cylinders. Track correctness of interface of the sealing plug planted in a casing with the block.
11. Screw new fixing bolts and in stages tighten them with demanded effort.

Remember that the holder is made of a soft aluminium alloy and can be easily damaged at infringement of uniformity of a tightening of bolts.

12. Establish into place the pallet картера (see Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера the engine).
13. Establish a cogwheel of a cranked shaft and газораспределительный a belt (Sections Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression, Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers see, Removal, check of a condition and installation of cogwheels and натяжителя a belt of drive ГРМ). 14. Establish a belt of a drive of auxiliary units and adjust effort of its tension (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units). Fill in in the engine necessary quantity of engine oil of a demanded grade.

3. Remove a flywheel (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and flywheel installation). Remove a disk and assemblage of a basket of coupling (Coupling see the Head).
4. In stages give bolts of fastening of a casing of an epiploon.
5. Vrashchatelno-progress separate a casing in gathering with an epiploon from the block and remove it from a pin of a cranked shaft.
6. The back epiploon varies in gathering with a casing and in an individual order is not delivered. If replaceable assemblage is not equipped by the built in sealing lining, last should be got separately.
7. Carefully smooth out an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders, completely having removed from it all traces of a material of an old lining and hermetic (in case of need take advantage of a scraper or a penknife - try not to damage a surface).
8. Grease an interfaced surface of the block with fresh hermetic of universal type and establish a new lining.
9. Firm epiploons of company Skoda are equipped by the plastic insert protecting sponges of an epiploon from damage about edges шпоночного of a groove at clothing of assemblage on a pin of a shaft. If the insert is not provided, wind a pin of a shaft with an adhesive tape.
10. Grease internal sponges of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil and vrashchatelno-progress plant assemblage on a shaft pin.
11. Screw new fixing bolts and in stages tighten them with demanded effort.
