7. Keeping a pulley from проворачивания for the central bolt, turn out four fixing bolts. Remove a pulley.

Through each 50 000 km (30 000 miles) run the belt should be changed without dependence from its condition.

2. Put on a belt a cogwheel at first a cranked shaft, then the water pump and, in summary - a camshaft. Track observance of a demanded direction of rotation of a belt.

8. Establish into place the bottom and top sections of an external cover газораспределительного a belt. Latch clamps and strongly tighten fixing bolts.

Bolts of fastening to the bottom cover are subject to replacement without fail.

9. Establish a pulley of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units on a cogwheel of a cranked shaft, having tracked, that the small aperture of a pulley has got on a lug on a face surface of a cogwheel. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (block a pulley from проворачивания).

10. Establish into place a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units).
11. Raise the engine, having provided possibility of connection of the right support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
12. Tighten bolts of fastening of the right support with demanded effort. Clean a jack/disconnect an elevating rigging.
13. Connect a sleeve of giving of the warmed-up air to a casing of a final collector and an air cleaner. Return in a working condition of system of ignition and a food.
14. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
