1. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units).
2. Remove covers газораспределительного a belt, a pulley of a cranked shaft, result the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression. (Sections Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression, Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers, Removal, check of a condition and installation of cogwheels see and натяжителя a belt of drive ГРМ), remove газораспределительный a belt, натяжитель and a camshaft cogwheel (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of cogwheels and натяжителя a belt of drive ГРМ).

. Also remove a back (internal) cover газораспределительного a belt. |

. Under a cover the camshaft epiploon is located. |
4. Take a camshaft epiploon.
5. Without applying any solvent, dry неворсящейся rags wipe walls of a nest of an epiploon and a surface of a pin of a camshaft. Polish surfaces, having removed with all of them agnails, teases and the roughnesses, capable to lead to damage of a new epiploon.
6. Grease with pure impellent oil of a sponge of a new epiploon, then put on last a camshaft pin.
7. By means of a hammer and approaching on the size оправки (оправка should rest only against firm external edge of an epiploon) perpendicularly plant an epiploon in a casing nest.
8. Establish an internal cover газораспределительного a belt on a head of cylinders and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort.
9. Establish into place removed components (Sections Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression, Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers see, Removal, check of a condition and installation of cogwheels and натяжителя a belt of drive ГРМ).
10. Adjust a tension auxiliary drive a belt (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units). |
